"Desk staff not familiar with job to assist patron. Sunday, Monday of this week. We wished a cab but they did not know how to take us to restaurant in OldTown Augustine. They reminded me when I said Holiday Inn desk was helpful. They said they were a less Hilton only Garden. Reservation withExpedida said free hot breakfast and and free Parkingtheyckaimed that was not true. So I was charged $20 each day for parking. And would have been charged $15.95 for breakfast each morning. We went elsewhere for breakfast."

"it's an old building and they try to keep it clean. The shower mixer could not be fixed so I had a cold shower day 1, scaling shower on day 2 and very hot shower on day 3. with no water pressure. its a big room with a refrigerator and microwave. it's an old building- kinda a cleaned up dump. I think they should have offered something for the shower issue. but nothing.."

"the pet policy is dogs 25 pound or UNDER and you can only book a standard room with 2 beds. This place is run down and has clientele that mirrors that. At time felt unsafe."
