"Overall, the hotel was fine. While it wasn't right in the historical downtown area, it's close enough that you can walk (about 25 minutes) or take a quick Uber. One complaint is that we went out on Saturday night and returned late. There were no parking spots available when we returned. You have to pay $15 per night for parking, so I expect that the hotel has enough parking spots for everyone that paid the feel. Evidently, that is not the case. Also, the thermostat blinked on and off all night the second night - lighting up the room and clicking each time. We were going to report it at check out, but there was no one at the front desk when we checked out and no one to be found, so we just left. "

"Great property in the village of Villano Beach. Only a block from the ocean, several restaurants within walking distance and a nice fishing pier. Property seemed brand new. Beautiful pool area and fantastic breakfast. Nice alternative if you want to stay on the beach near St Augustine"

"The AC did NOT keep the room cool. The breakfast was free but underwhelming options. The bed was clean and the TV has lots of channels. Easy parking "
