"Let's just say that this hotel has seen better days. We had a/c and other issues when we checked in and had to change rooms after the first night. Everything is just really worn. It was an amazing hotel 15 years ago, but now it's just kind of average and needs constant maintenance. I have no idea what the "resort fee" was for as there was no added value to the place.
