"Our stay was perfect, the staff was exceptional. We were traveling as a family and they proactively upgraded us to a suite to give our girls a little extra room to themselves. I realized as I entered the city that I had forgotten the key fob to my car, the valet and concierge team was INCREDIBLY helpful in accomodating us and getting the car parked using the backup codes without a hassle. The hotel in located in a busy area but is just far enough off of the primary tourist spots to be convenient...

"My friend and I stayed here for the ball drop and had a wonderful experience. 10/10 location for every day except NYE. Would not recommend trying to come and go to your hotel on that day because of all the road closures and having to prove you're staying there. Still extremely convenient for the ball drop, but once you leave that day, don't plan to come back! Staff was wonderful, kind, and helpful. Room was very nice. Would absolutely stay here again."
