"Hotel was great. Though, the shower drainage would often overflow no matter how much water was used. The cooler won’t keep things fresh, but was useful for drinks. Housekeeping was great and front desk/bellmen people were awesome. 7/10."

"It was a nice clean place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the USB ports in the bedside tables didn't work. Very mild inconvenience. Our plug in chargers worked in the outlets."

"Great location to Times Square. We needed the queen size beds too because we traveled with teens."

"Room and breakfast"

"The room was a good size and very clean. The bathroom’s frosted glass walls weren’t ideal—turning on the light brightened the whole room and woke everyone up. A small nightlight in the bathroom would help. Also, the shower seal wasn’t tight, with each shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor and into the room. The entrance and line into breakfast between the elevators was a bit chaotic. But the buffet breakfast was excellent. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay."
