"Easy check-in and good location. Within 10-15 minute walk to attractions and shopping. Walk to Empire State Building and Times Square easy. It was odd we could not find an ice machine or tea in the room and sis not have a chance to ask though. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. The King suite was spacious for a family of 3 and had a pullout couch for our 9 year old."

"The room was too small. No convenient plugs for our phones. No refrig or microwave in standard room. Loved the firm beds and good water pressure in shower. We chose not to upgrade to a suite/ too expensive."
