"Lovely, quaint hotel. Staff are amazing. Building is older but well maintained. We had an inside facing room and asked for a street room and were promptly given one. Nice Matin is a great spot for drinks. Excellent escargot and fries. Stayed here when I first came to New York 20 years ago. So happy we came back."

"Hotel is very new york in terms of look and decor. It is a beautiful hotel and you can tell alot of effort was put into the hotel. With 30 floors, a bar, lounge also a gym you cannot go wrong. Very central to all the attractions like times square, rockefeller centre, 5th and 6th avenues. Easy subway access. Downside is the elevator on the 1st floor (ground) is a slow experience of waiting. you have to access the elevator by room key and wait for your particular floor to reach. Staff seem really...
