"Prefect hotel for my visit in UES. Staff was nice, Rooms arent huge but they were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Plus there was a nespresso machine and complimentary bottled water so convenient for an early cup of coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Note that there are at least 4 steps to enter lobby. "

They were very responsive to our requests and the shop had the last minute things we needed. Great view from our room! And it's located close to everything Time Square! "

"Property is 16 minute walk to Union Square area. Very pleasant even during the evening. Lyft rides are easy to get, the entrance to the hotel is off the main road so it is quieter. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. "
