"excellent stay. although there is nobody to assist you in person, their communication through whatsapp was on point, friendly and nothing to complain. It is a very well made inn, everything is so efficient. "

"The hotel is lovely, clean, great service, and has dining on site. The location is very convenient as the light rail and Pier 2 are right outside the hotel. My only complaint is the modern design bathroom. I am giving it 4 stars because there’s no door to the bathroom. Although the shower and toilet are separated by a stall, there is no privacy and the noise from the bathroom can wake up other people in the room. Making it very awkward if you’re sharing the room with other people. "
"Overall is a great place to stay over for business and travel. The location is nice only a bit hot for a 5mins walk to MRT station and not so cool underground... ( MRT's issue)
Only the bed is quite small for a person that is almost 180cm...
Im having a two person standard bed but for somehow my feet are always not so comfortable. They might consider to have some room change to king size bed for tall or big size person staying over. "
"While the hotel itself is mostly fine, there was an accumulation of small things that made it slightly inconvenient. For example, no power outlets near the bed or the bathroom, no ventilation in the bathroom, no hand soap, no room safe.
There was also peeling wallpaper and mold in one corner of our room. The hallways were quite musty smelling and the carpets were visibly stained.
The staff were friendly and the pool was nice, however."
