"The bed is very comfortable but the curtains don't cover properly and it is very noisy. I wouldn't call this a boutique hotel considering the condition of the place and those lifts. In general I was quite disappointed considering the cost."

"Although going through some renovations this hotel was just what we needed for our short stay in Paris. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful French breakfast! Taxi service on-site. Our King room was perfectly laid out. Great bed and very quiet. Convenient location for all sights in Paris."

"I love this charming hotel! Located on a quiet street across from Notre Dame, great pasty shops, and the Siene! I arrived early and the woman at the desk was so helpful checking my backpack until check in. The room had so many amenities: steam iron, hair dryer, nespresso machine, tea, creamer, a safe, lots of hangers, toiletries, a mini fridge packed with things(wine, beer, chocolate, sodas that were priced reasonably, for example €3 for can of coke) The pillows (4) on the double bed were soft, and the linens were silky and the bed was comfy. Had a bathtub with a shower so you had the option to soak after a long day of exploring. The walls were a little thin, and I could hear the next room, but honestly, they were really loud talkers (but I could see where that could bother some people) thankfully they slept all night. The window opens fully and had a window box of red geraniums and ivy that the sun shone on and it looked so nice. It was a really quaint, beautiful room. And SO clean! There’s a great sitting area in the lounge with leather chairs and a comfy chesterfield sofa and lots of interesting decor, plus good reading material. I didn’t eat breakfast but the assorted cheeses, breads, juices looked very nice (and very affordable at €14) Upon checkout, the staff was so nice. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Next time I will get one of the rooms with the terrace on the 5th floor ( with small table and two chairs!) Great hotel!!"

"The location was very good and many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are the typical small size for Paris. The small bar had an old fashion feel to it (in a good way.) The staff were very nice and helpful."

"I think it is important to note that a “Classic Double” is very small. I have travelled in France and stayed in hotels there before, this room was not a great value. They did make it right by upgrading my room after the first night to one that I felt was a good value for the price I paid. The rooms are clean and fairly well maintained. I did have hair dryer issues. All in all, the area is fantastic, and because of this, I would consider staying with them again. Just don’t rely on their nonexistent airport shuttle. "

"Horrible experience. Within one hour of being there (we checked in at 10pm), there were ants all over the floor and spiders everywhere. We tried to reach someone who worked at the property and they were so unresponsive, the Expedia team got involved and helped us out by calling their management team. Finally someone came to our room and they sprayed a toxic fume to kill the bugs all over the place with us still in the room, we ran out coughing and unable to breathe. We ultimately decided to leave as all of the furniture and our luggage’s were sprayed with this toxic spray. The bottle indicated the room should be evacuated for minimum 4 hours and its 12am at this point so where were we supposed to sleep? The hotel did not have any other room available so we had to relocate and find another accommodation at 1am. The member at the hotel said they’d issue a refund and agreed they made a mistake with spraying the room with the toxic spray. Only for the next day, they declined issuing us a refund. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here even to my worst enemy."

"The location was fantastic. The only problem we encountered was our original room. We had written numerous times that my mother in law was elderly and could not do stairs. So when we got there they gave us a room with a spiral staircase that lead to the bedroom and the shower. Luckily the hotel wasn’t at full capacity and we were given a beautiful room with a king bed. I believe it was an upgrade! After that everything was wonderful."

"Our room was very clean, with an attached balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was my first trip to Paris, so this was very exciting. A breakfast buffet was included, which had scrambled and hard boiled eggs, many delicious breads and pastries, cooked veggies, fresh fruits, hot/cold cereals and cheese/cold cuts, too. The staff were helpful and polite. The hotel’s location is in a vibrant neighborhood. It also has a spectacular rooftop bar."
