I felt like my experience there was the most important thing to them and they made me so happy. I have never felt that way about anywhere I have stayed and I have been all over this country in all upscale resorts. They take their responsibility very seriously and you will never regret staying there. TCB is the creed following in Elvis' footsteps in every detail."

Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. "We were created by a young man directly in front of the hotel. He gave us the information we needed as far as checking in, where to park the car. They allowed us 30 minutes to get checked in and move the across the street to the parking garage. The hotel rooms were very large and very clean. It has a rooftop bar with plenty of seating inside and outside. A great view of the river. All of the staff was very friendly. "Worker were very good. But as I walked out my door room 318 the ceiling almost hit my husband in head feel down we reported to staff and it sat there on floor in front of my room over night. Then part of the ceiling across from the room feel down again as I walked down the hall I seen more ceiling had fell down. It is very dangerous. "Beautiful hotel with lots of character. The staff was helpful and the duck master was entertaining. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Memphis!"

"It is such a wild little hotel. A nice combination of Hilton property but with an attitude. It has the amenities you would expect in a chain hotel, and also this amazing sound system, which is piped into the room. The music is a curated playlist and it's really good. The hotel itself in a renovated train station. It's in the arts section of town, which is small but charming."

"The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again."

No just fixed sir. After fix, get in shower and the body wash dispenser was empty, lmao,Really. Nickel and Dime you for any and everything. Best part of my short stay, was the bed. "I’ll start with the positives I turned up early after getting soaking wet in the thunderstorm was allowed into room as it was ready. Thank-you for that. Food left in fridge after room was cleaned not just a couple of things the fridge was full. Telephone not working and socket not working on one side. Reception did offer to change rooms for me but I had already unpacked so did decline. Removed food myself and put in outside bin. I didn’t think the floor was very clean."
