"This hotel is on a narrow alley with a lot of motorbikes racing by. Cars can’t come down, so expect to be dropped off and picked up on the next street. Breakfast is a block away from the hotel."

"This boutique hotel is in a great location. Staff are all so helpful and welcoming. Happy hour (2 for 1 drinks) in the evening at the rooftop bar was definitely a bonus. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of local dishes and western options. Would definitely recommend."

"Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. "Conveniently located in the Hanoi Old Quarter. Room was clean and quiet even though we are in middle of town. Staff are friendly and helpful with recommendations. Good variety of breakfast food available to accommodate different cultures. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area."

"Staff very friendly and helpful."
