"Everyone is so friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival, the front desk brought tea and snacks, allowed us for early check in. She also gave us a brochure explaining the places to visit, nearby bank/pharmacy and restaurant to go. They start their day early so it can be quite noisy especially when we stay right below the restaurant. Location is just beside train street and peaceful :) 5/5 would visit again!"

The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. "I absolutely loved Bi Ecosuites. The hosts were amazing! The building is located in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, not far from all the cafes, shops, barbers, restaurants, massage parlors, monuments, tourist attractions. You name it. The room itself was top notch. Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need for a short or long stay. The big Samsung smart tv was great too. I highly recommend Bi Ecosuites while in Hanoi. "
