"Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this hotel. In the middle of the night, while we were asleep, someone unlocked and attempted to open our room door. Fortunately, the security latch stopped the door from opening completely, although the force partially ripped the door trim from the wall. "Location is great just a few blocks from downtown. The front desk people were super helpful and kind. The hotel is also close to one of the Acadia Park Wild Gardens entrance. Can’t wait to come back."

"Loved the ocean views from our room & while sitting on our balcony! The saltwater pool was heated, clean & picturesque to enjoy a relaxing swim. The free Island Explorer shuttle stop is out front & makes it so convenient to go to town or anywhere inside the National Park. Breakfast was good with both hot & cold options. I would happily stay here again!"
