Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"This hotel was fabulous from our room to the friendly staff. They had something to do in the lobby each day/night for families. They had a make your own S’mores night, to build a granola bowl. The kids ages 9 and 11 LOVED the motel. The girls at the front desk were awesome. We would definitely stay here again!!!"

"We stayed at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel for three nights for our exploring of Acadia National Park. The hotel is conveniently located in Bar Harbor and the rooms were clean and well furnished with good views. The hotel is relatively new but constructed to evoke a historical feel.
