Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set."

"I can’t imagine going back to Bar Harbor and not staying here again. It was just perfect. The entire property was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious. The staff was as friendly and helpful as could be. The property is in a Perfect location so we never moved our car. We walked everywhere. An added bonus was the live music in the evening. "We stayed at the Bar Harbor Grand Hotel for three nights for our exploring of Acadia National Park. The hotel is conveniently located in Bar Harbor and the rooms were clean and well furnished with good views. The hotel is relatively new but constructed to evoke a historical feel. The breakfast offerings were varied and good. Overall highly recommended."
