"The rooms are spotless. This is one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in & that’s a compliment to all the housekeeping staff , room is very spacious and beds are so comfortable . Fridge , microwave & beautiful bathroom. We have stayed here a few times and love it , all the staff are wonderful at this holiday inn . Gym is great also coin operated laundry machines & dryer is convenient . Great breakfast also . Close to everything you need 😁 airport shuttle also very convenient "

"Bajarte stuff was super helpful and accommodating, changing my room, getting me a robe, etc. One thing I did not like what the television no instructions. Even a simple note that says guide is on chatter. One maintenance came to help me, but he did not know either how to operate the television. Nobody seem to know or be able to help frustrating."

"Staff was very nice and helpful, great service, clean room, restaurant and gym were both good. Close to lots of restaurants and a few malls. The only downside for us was the bed was too soft for us. We prefer a firm mattress. If you prefer a softer mattress, I would highly recommend the Westin Wall Centre. "

"Everything was perfect. Rose is a very nice host. I like the idea that you have to take off your shoes at the entrance. That keeps the whole place cleaner. The only thing i was missing was a tv. I am planning to stay there again if Rose lets me :)"

"Updated rooms in a hotel located in a small strip mall in Queensboriugh. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Free snacks and complimentary coffee / espresso etc… lots of dining options nearby. Bed was comfy, room was super clean"
