"The grounds were nice and taken care of. The pool in the center of the hotel was a little dirty. The cleaning staff was not so good. We left the hotel at 9am every day and when we returned our room was not serviced. We had to either go get towels or text or call to request towels. When they came with the towels we had to get the old used towels and give them to the staff. One day when we requested towels they asked if we wanted the whole room serviced and we said yes please but it was never...

"Overall if was decent but the hotel offering shuttles downtown in a van that could only seat 12 leaving others behind was not cool,especially considering we’re charged a resort fee. They have bigger buses but didn’t use them."
