"One of the two pools were closed for a large portion of our stay. Forcing the only open pool to be packed with children and adults. Sawngrum stinking, red tide. Horrible smell. The deposit for the property was way too high. The walls are paper thin. There’s cracks under the doors as if the rooms used to be all carpet but were poorly renovated with tile. You can hear everything and anything from the rooms next door to rooms above. The over all experience was very poor. Will not return"

"Stayed in build 7 and it had a great view restaurant was good the bars where nice and most of all I booked a fishing trip with Whiskey Throttle guide service and Sean put me on a dinosaur of a tarpon and boy was it a beast. If the fishing is slow grab Whiskey Throttle for a great water adventures."

"The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, well decorated, and clean. The housekeeping did a great job taking care of us & our suite. The desk staff at check in was exceptionally friendly, helpful, & professional. Great location near the beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, sites. The pool area was tropical and relaxing."

"The property was advertised to have a private white sand beach which is why I made the reservation. It was covered feet deep in seaweed. Granted there are things out of the property's control, but there should have been a warning on their website that the beach may not be available for use. Also, we were given two small individual size packets of coffee for a twelve cup coffee maker for four days. I went and bought a bag of coffee but then realized there were no other filters either. "Good location, but the room we had on the porch, was right by some big dumsters, that were used very frequently all through the night - making a lot of noise. Room was fine but needed renovation (broken tiles and blinds etc., matress very (too) soft. Staff was nice and offered us the use of pool facilities after our 10 AM check-out and also let us keep the car in the (free) parking for some hours. "
