"Had to call twice for Kids and adults playing loudly in the hallway 9pm to 1am. They had a brief break after I finally called at 11 because one of them( was kicking a door). I was met with an employee that didn’t seem to care and her response was “ well I think there’s a baseball team here” as if to say deal with it . She then said ok I’ll get someone up there and offered no apology. The 2nd stint was at 1am and the person seemed to care a little more as they were drury reps out of the hotel . Still no apology they finally comed down after 30 mins and when back in there room."
