"For the most part it was a nice hotel. Staff was very friendly; standard free breakfast offerings. As with all hotels close to the highway, there was noticiple road noise (bring your white noise machine). My only real problem was the gym: it reaked of body odor (I've been in a lot of hotel gyms and this isn't normal) and both of the treadmills were malfunctioning. The ONE thing I limit my hotel search to is a gym, and this one was almost unusable. "

"Breakfast was fresh and hot, with a good variety. Parking was a bit small, but manageable. Room was clean and everything worked fine. Great staff."

"I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! "

"3-Star Stay in Florence, Cincinnati We stayed at the hotel in Florence, Cincinnati last night. Overall, it was a solid, no-frills 3-star experience. The room was very clean, and the hotel itself appeared well-maintained. Check-in was quick and efficient, even though it was late at night. The staff member on duty was professional, though he didn’t seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic.over all good stay"

"The room was okay for an overnight stay. I wouldn't want to stay more than one night this hotel. It looks like it needs to be badly upgraded. The staff was superb during check in and check out. However, the carpet didn't feel very clean. The balcony was a nice touch to the room, however it just felt so old. The bathroom didn't look clean upon arrival. However there was more than enough face cloths and towels for the 3 of us that occupied the room."

"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "
