We originally booked an apartment that we were informed had broken air condition We were offered a new place and took that place. We had booked a 3 bedroom and 3 bath, with a washer and dryer. The new place had 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, no dryer. I would have never booked this apartment but with no other choice we stayed there. The comminution with the property manager was awful. We were standing outside the property waiting for the keys to get in. I will never book with expedia again. it is too hard to get answers and communicatee.
