Hotel is closed!

Hotel no longer exists, we got to the hotel to find a locked door, the hotel is no longer in service, do not book. I had to find another hotel nearby to stay at.

El Hotel no existe cerro hace 1 año y medio. El dia que llegamos al ver esta situacion tuvimos que buscar otro hotel. Luego nos comunicarnos con Hotel.com , para levantar el reclamo y nos reintegren el dinero que pagamos . El cual todavia estamos esperando. La verdad fue una situacion muy desagradable, nos sentimos estafados.

I would not recommend to anyone. If i had bot paid I would have left. The room was dirty. We had the same breakfast for the 4 days, there was no replacement, the coffeepot was rusty and particles from the bottom of pot were pealing off. I asked him if they would change the blanjet brcausevit was filty and had blood stains on it. No bathroom paoer, i had to call and request it. Th room was not done on our second day, I had to cll and was told girkl forgot. Airconditioner not working properlt, I told him and was told they had tonchange a part, never was done. I would really like a compensation for this bad experience, it was a horribke stay.

Bruyant, pas de parking. A 20min à pied du centre

Appartement bruyant (simple vitrage, rue animée des 6h du matin, on entend chaque pas des voisins). Le site indique parking gratuit à proximité : c est la rue. Gratuit le dimanche, payant 1.5euros/h tous les autres jours, donc je déconseille ce B&B si vous venez en voiture.

Stanza piccolina ma molto carina e ristrutturata. I gestori molto gentili. La colazione consiste in merendine confezionate. Il centro è raggiungibile in circa mezz'oretta di cammino o con i mezzi pubblici.

Не все прошло гладко

В целом, неплохой район для проживания в течение нескольких дней. Если останавливаться на сутки, то надо быть готовым к не менее чем 30-минутному пути пешком в центр или пользоваться транспортом. Соответственно, столько же и до центрального вокзала Мария де Новелла. Зато очень близко до Кампо Мария ди Марте, оттуда тоже есть возможность уехать поездом в Рим. Само жилье достаточно комфортно, хотя и небольшое по площади, есть собственная ванная комната. Нет ни кухни, ни микроволновки, зато есть кофемашина и можно приготовить вкусный кофе. Да, и уборка перед заездом могла бы быть произведена более тщательно, были обнаружены некоторые следы пребывания прежних жильцов. По прибытии нам пришлось стоять под дверью, долго не могли связаться с хозяином, номер телефона, указанный при бронировании, не отвечал. Оказывается, хозяин выслал нам по электронной почте новый номер, но сделал это в самый день заезда, когда мы уже были в пути. Так что проверяйте свою почту почаще. Хозяин говорит только по-итальянски. Так что у данного места проживания есть как плюсы, так и довольно весомые минусы.
