"Front desk staff/managers: Maya and Michele really went above the call for me on this holiday; I have a few things to sort out and they followed through. I appreciate this very much from a hotel. The hotel is newish and this shows. Very nice rooms, large, clean, fresh decor, high ceilings, great black out curtains. The wifi was really good; showers were hot; entry sink/microwave/coffee/bar-fridge were perfect (you need your own plates/bowls/utensils/paper-towels). Beds were comfortable, even if the sofa bed squeaked. Three of us each had a bed. Breakfast was a full breakfast with hot and cold options, juices. The gym was clean and cool (weights, treadmill, bike, etc.). Laundry room was large. Floor 2 has all of these and the pool - so beware of noise. We were on 4th floor, quiet. For Disneyland we used Uber (altho we had a car). It is over a mile, probably about 20 min walk or longer. Driving is a bad idea Way too much congestions at entrance. Would definitely return to this hotel next visit. "

"We love staying here it’s always our go to for Disney and hockey games . They always go above and beyond in customer service and always accommodate when I ask for a first floor room . We always get 105 or 122 and we love it . Thank you . "
