"The hotel rooms were filled with mosquitoes. The food was tasteless and terrible. The dining room staff were slow and impolite. The hallways were always wet or dirty. The hotel turn off all the outside lights at nighttime. Very scary property. I did not feel safe walking outside at night."

"TOP TIER Birthday Experience! From the time I booked through Expedia until the moment I departed, my experience at Tiamo Beach Resort was TOP TIER! I spent two nights celebrating my birthday, and I truly felt special in every way. Check in was seamless, I was greeted with a delicious mocktail, and the staff went above and beyond to decorate my room with beautiful Happy Birthday touches. "The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe."

"Good afternoon. I wanted to follow up with you to express our displeasure with the accommodations. The place overall was disgustingly dirty. Every room was unacceptable from the aspect of cleanliness. We had to sweep, mop, clean the dining room table, wipe the counters, wipe up the the bathrooms, etc. In addition, The hot water did not work. The a/c did not work in the living room/dining area. There was no mirror nor a television in one of the bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms there...

The house was musty the sofa was grimy and smelly , not even a bottle of water was in the...

"Last minute while at airport I received an email to say that the place reserved was no longer available. After being on the phone for over an hour I was offered another place which was smaller. I had no choice but to take it or me and my kids would have been on the street. Upon entering the place, it was immediately noticed that it was not clean, no light bulbs, 1 tv in one of the bedrooms. Front door did not close properly. Cushions ripped up. I got the impression that the place was on the...
