We didn’t realize this property was closed for renovations and reopening after the devastation of the hurricane. When we purchased the package, we were under the assumption that all advertised amenities were available and READY when we arrived. However, we quickly learned otherwise. There was quite a bit of damage done to the building and repairs were still being made. ...

The property was not noticeable once we were in the area we drove around another 45 minutes looking for the place when we finally arrived we could not enter someone finally let us in the property date where does the gated community then we waited another 3 hours to enter the property as the lady stated it was our fault no one was there for 3 hours once in the property it was not clean they had to send a cleaning crew the next morning all the...

"This is an ideal family oriented gateway. The pool was awesome, the rooms were clean and spacious and the many planted trees and flowers brought ambience to the outdoors. Kevin and Lorraine were very accomodating as well. We experienced few minor issues with the bathroom plumbing and AC units but our overall stay was terrific. We will definitively be back again."
