"The thermostat in our room did not function properly. We had it set at 65 and ot was 79 in our room. The hot tub could have been cleaner and the pool is small. "

"Did not travel w:pets, use pool or gym so can’t comment. One issue is that bathtub is very slippery & if grab bar wasn’t there it could have been a bad outcome instead of a sprained back. From now on a rubberized bath mat will be pack in suitcase"

"room was dirty. gum wrappers on floor and under sofa. walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms. Toilet had a leak. conversations easily. called front desk about it and was told manager was not in and they would call me. Never received a call."

"The overall look of the hotel is a little dated but the rooms were just fine and very comfortable. The pool was great , its heated and has great natural light for anyone who wants to relax. Please note you have to pay for parking "

"Coming from SC to visit family in New York we chose this hotel because it was affordable and pet friendly. Check in was simple enough. Walked into a carpeted, pet friendly room. The smell of previous pets hit us in the face, there were old urine stains on the rug. The room was in need of some upgrades such as the wallpaper which was yellowing and coming off the walls in some areas. Doors on cabinets were rickety. The beds were comfy, after the long drive we were able to get a good night rest. Hotel was quiet. Walked our dog outside. The lawn was covered in dog poop. Not entirely the hotels fault as owners should be cleaning up after their pets. Breakfast was simple, pastries, fruits, yogurt cereal or toast. One morning instead of pastries it was Belgian waffles, which were very dry. Staff was ok. Had a small issue and when I asked about it was told it happens sometimes and nothing can be done about it. The issue was the tv had Netflix on it and you could watch it using your own account. However, the tv was not connected to the Internet. So we had to settle for watching the channels on the tv. Overall, the stay was ok and based on the fact our dog could stay with us I would stay again. "

"I don’t think I will ever stay here again for the simple fact that they charge for parking in their parking lot and the bottle water in the room was $3.00 per bottle, so for those reasons I can’t recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at much better ones. "
