Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was beautiful. We were on an Interrail trip and the hotel was easily accessible by public transport. Everything was perfect 😊

Dream trip to Toscana.

Review 2/2. Two different accommodations and both were wonderful. Special thanks to the Dutch lady at the pool restaurant for her kindness. Wine tasting was also good and our host was amazing. We will definitely come back someday!

The highlight of this hotel is its location. A beautiful immersion in the Tuscany region. Details though were very lacking. Poor registration service and attitude. We were initially told breakfast wasn’t included but we had paid for it, so had to get that sorted out. It was a very good breakfast. No hot water, tv didn’t work, stuff like that. An air of pretentiousness rather than customer service, which is too bad because your location is an absolute dream!

The Amazing view from your window makes you feel in paradise. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Unfortunately our fridge didn’t work . Breakfast is complete and really good . A lot of choices of salty and sweet food.

Rooms are clean and up to date. High ceiling and stone walls makes the rooms a bit more special. Amazing view from the breakfast area which is located on a hill next to the hotel. It would take 10-15 to walk up the hill. A car makes it more convenient We would visit this luxurious resort again

We loved our stay at Palagina. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Our room and the views are absolutely stunning. We loved hanging by the pool and taking walks on some paths to see natures around us. Wine and olive oil was also super tasty! We did a tasting and it was fantastic. Only thing that was that there is only a few restaurants on the property and they closed some for events so you are stuck with eating there if you don’t have a car. And taxis are practically non existent in this area, roads are narrow and winding with no lights so unsafe to walk anywhere. I would highly recommend renting a car if you come to this facility. I believe they have free parking.

Beutiful area and surrounded with animals.

Beutiful place surrounded with animals and wineyard. Very happy with our stay, even though we saw they have an even nicer hotel a few hundered meters further in which they seem to put more effort in to give great service, but also more expensive off course. The first day at check in and the second day there was no one at our recpetion which it said it would be between some hours. Thats why we don´t give 5 stars. The third day it was and she was lovely (Sylvia I think) she was very helpful adn took her time to help me with a traffic ticket cause it´s very confusing once you get one. She deserves and extra pat on her shoulder.

The staff at the la cuchina was helpful and friendly, especially the people in the hamburger outdoor dining area. However, although the upper main hotel is available for dinner, and bee viewing, they didn't seem welcoming. We did not get property information upon check in and had to find out about most things ourself and.much if that was too late. An extremely concerning point is the two dogs on property, who are basically ignored. Not one employee knew their names. They clearly are uncomfortable with fleas. Such sweet, friendly and lonely dogs being mistreated. This ruined my experience.

The property has nice views but the rooms are subpar. The rooms are loud (definitely not sound proof as advertised), bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, fridge didn’t work and room overall felt very dingy. We were so disappointed with the room we booked accommodation elsewhere until the hotel could accommodate a room in their sister property the Dimora. I will say the staff was kind when assisting in this transition. However the sister property which is a 4 star hotel also left something to be desired. The room was smaller than we expected, the pool was not clean and unusable and there were no bikes available on the property (which I thought was advertised). Overall the staff was great but it was a pretty underwhelming stay.

The "romantic room" was anything but. 20 something stair to get up to the room and a glass wall between the bed, the toilet, bidet and showers. Not a bit of privacy when needing to use the facilities

I can’t even find the words. Our stay at Palagina was so wonderful. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My husband and I along with our 2 children ages 7/5 loved our apartment stay. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Beautiful views of the vineyard and Tuscan hills. The food at both venues were delicious , fresh and presentation was on point! The last night we reserved the vineyard dinner. This was so special to us. Our children loved the activities, pool and the playground. What a wonderful way to explore the Tuscan culture with our children.

Very nice Estate, but they need to invest in lighting and signage and an indoor location for breakfast. It was 53 degrees and raining a breakfast buffet was outdoors.
