The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The room was spacious with a full hot tub. Parking was very cheap and very close by. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were adequate, but we would like to have had china cups instead of paper ones. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff were so friendly, breakfast was good, clean, site were near center and Marina too but a lil bit noise at night due to multiple nightclubs nearby also the room were so tiny but its fine considering the night stay price, overall it was a good experience

Unfortunately it is impossible to sleep at night. The music from the cafes is really loud. The music from the cafe under our room was played until 12 pm, but from the other cafes it was played until 4:30 am. I could not sleep at all. We had booking for another night, but I canceled the reservation. And for the rest the hotel is ok. There is great breakfast. The staff is good. The location is comfortable except for the music.

I had some dental work done just around the corner from this hotel so it was very convenient for me. I read a lot of reviews saying that it was very noisy because of the bars and nightclubs in the area but this was not my experience. The location is great - close to the waterfront and the ferry to Rhodes and right in the heart of Old Town shopping. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast is the best I have had so far in my travels around Turkey!

Very welcoming staff Hotel was nice Deco was great very clean comfortable bathrooms immaculate, breakfast was delicious. 5 minutes to the Fethiye port for ferry to Rohdes and other Island's . Just beware night clubs in close proximity to hotel. Loud music all hours of the night till early hours in the morning, so if you are looking to have a good night sleep I'm afraid you won't be in luck. However they were very accommodating they gave us another room, thats subject to availability.

The Infinity Hotel is an acceptable option for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for an extended visit. During my stay, I found the room and hotel amenities to be quite dated, in need of a refresh. The mattress wasn't very comfortable, and the room itself felt small. One major drawback was the lack of noise cancellation in the rooms, resulting in loud music blaring from local bars until 3 am, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep due to the constant disturbances. Although I booked this hotel based on excellent reviews, I felt there was much more to be desired in terms of comfort and tranquility. On the bright side, the property's location in the heart of the old town was convenient, with the port/marina close by, offering plenty to see and do just outside the hotel's doors.

Disappointing stay
I and my family recently had a two-night stay at the Infinity City Hotel in Fethiye, Turkey, and unfortunately, it was far from impressive. The first and foremost issue was the lack of parking facilities. There was no parking available on-site, nor were there instructions provided at the time of booking on where to park nearby. This proved to be a significant inconvenience. The noise levels were another major concern. The hotel's soundproofing was simply inadequate, with noise from the street and other guests disrupting my sleep on both nights. An upgrade to the quality of their windows could certainly help address this issue. The comfort of the rooms was subpar as well. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, which, combined with the noise issue, led to a poor night's sleep. The quality of the provided amenities such as soap and shampoo was also very low, which is not what one expects from a hotel in this price range. Additionally, the air conditioning system did not function properly. Given the summer temperatures in Fethiye, the lack of efficient cooling made the room uncomfortably hot. On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Fethiye port was commendable. This could be appealing to those who plan to partake in marine activities or enjoy the sea views. However, overall, I found my stay at the Infinity City Hotel disappointing and wouldn't recommend it without significant improvements to its facilities and services.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, a good number of furniture - wardrobe, nightstands, table, I've traveled with a lot of luggage, and I've managed to conveniently place all my things around. The main problem is bad soundproofing and the noise from outside. The hotel is located nearby the nightlife area, and the music there is outrageously loud. For example, I couldn't really hear the TV in my room, while I could make out the lyrics of the song from outside. Housekeepers for some reason were leaving the balcony door wide open after leaving every day in December, and the room was very cold by the time I was coming back and insects from the outside were flying around the room. Not cool.

We have stayed in the Infinity countless times as it is absolutely central in Fetiye. The service is so friendly, the breakfasts are great. One small downside was on our last trip we were given a smaller room which was too small and the bathroom needed some work. It would not stop us booking again in a heartbeat.

Hi,If the visitors check all the comments about our hotel, they will have just about an opinion about the hotel. Yes, unfortunately we do not have any parking place in our hotel like all the hotels which are in the city centre of Fethiye and we do not have bellboy service. Definition of the hotel and it's location is so clear in the site.And yes, we are always happy to cancel our guests' reservations without any penalty if they are not happy. We will offer them not to stay. Your complain was insulting and you told that you did not want to stay even free in the hotel. So, you were free to leave without any penalty, instead of staying 2 nights, that's what we meant.Anyway, as we told above, if the visitors check all the comments about our hotel, they will have just about an opinion.Regards,
