"This hotel was a 10/10. Room size was perfect. Amenities in room were good - kettle, microwave, and fridge. Great shower. Storage space. Safe. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of electrical sources. The communal kitchen was amazing to use and having a laundry room with ironing facilities was very useful 👌. The buffet breakfast was excellent and great value for money. Didn’t use the gym but it looked good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Wish there were more Lyf hotels internationally 😊"

"Took 3 days of asking to have towels changed. And 4 days of asking for the bins to be emptied. The continental breakfast is a box left I. Your room each day. Not exactly as you expect. The bedsheet changed the day behind I left had blood on it !!! No reception in the evening so had nowhere to complain to. Wouldn’t go again. There was one nice staff member on the reception desk. "

"Very nice property. Great location. Walk to many places easily. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to say anything a bit negative the elevators are slow and at certain times you are waiting quite a bit of time. This can be frustrating. "

"Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge. Have stayed there several times before and the offering in the club lounge appears to have declined. First night they ran out of wine glasses and options were limited. Also on checkout the foyer was filled with bags as they do not appear to have a separate baggage room so navigating around bags. If staying the rooms and staff are good but I do not recommend the club option"
