I've stayed here multiple times due it's great location. Room was clean but a very strong oder which I assume was part of the cleaning process. Faded in the room but noticeable upon entering back in to it. 1 night stay and I was out for the evening so didn't speak with front desk, assumed this would be in all rooms. I still recommend the hotel. This might have been a one off.

Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Friendly efficient staff. Excellent breakfast options. Great pool and spa after a long day of mtn. bike riding. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent for the price.

Room extremely clean, well lit with comfortable bedding. Hotel conveniently located near restaurants and shopping with easy access to highway. Unfortunately the continental breakfast was lacking. Full disclosure, the hotel was at full capacity however, breakfast is an advertised amenity. All hot items were gone with an hour left of serving time, and no options for fruit, breads. The used dishes and trash were overflowing which is a health concern.

We really enjoyed the spa! We 3 ladies were in lots of pain from moving my daughter from Co. to Ala. The rooms are nice. The breakfast was very good. The young lady at front desk was nice. The young man we got snacks from were very kind. The view from my room was good. Hope to stay at Hyatt again. Wonder why cheaper motels have microwaves in their rooms? But y’all didn’t?

Took over 3 hours to be given a room after initial checkin. Site is understaffed and did inform me of such ahead of time so I understood and wasn't mad but wait was still quite excessive
