After a long day of travel, we found the sales pitch intrusive and unproductive. We would have preferred a simpler check-in experience that doesn't include a guilt trip and false promises. Our unit was spacious and generally clean, but many features felt dated and showed significant wear. The bed was uncomfortable, some fixtures and doors...
