"Remote location is good. Convenient to Prescott AZ and Lynx Lake camp area. Area is very quiet. A handful of interior lights as well as exterior lights are burned out or do not work. Twin beds in one bedroom with a small double bed in the so called master bedroom. Carpet is in bad condition in the living area with large cracks in the tile area. No cell phone coverage however there is wifi available. For the most part the house is relatively clean inside and kitchen has good...
