"Right in the center of everything. This is an older style inn which suited us fine. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed. The inside courtyard provided a communal space to sit and relax, read or have a quick bite. This is by the main street but the rooms don't face directly on it so are fairly quiet but you do get some noise. Overall a great place to stay."

"The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great"

"Located on a hill in an old mining town called Jerome this hotel is like stepping back in time. It’s above the Clinkscale Restaurant (which I highly recommend!). Once you check in (inside the restaurant), there is a separate entrance to the upstair rooms. Open the door and immediately feel transported to another era (no elevator here); but the staff will gladly assist you with your luggage. Read the room description carefully as not all of the rooms have a private bathroom. Parking in Jerome is...

"Clean. Quiet. Comfortable bed. My room had a kitchenette but no supplies, you have to go to the office to request them. There was no soap available, they apparently just ran out. "

"Check in was a nightmare. Waited 1/2 hr to even get to the desk. I had reserved 2 places for our family of 7 members months in advance. We were separated roads apart. They cared less about trying to put us together. Ashley at the front desk was rude and abrupt. No directions on the place - so we didn’t know our second bedroom was across a “bridge”… they try selling you a timeshare type thing that delays you even more - have to wait to talk to them to get your parking pass. Not a good experience...

"My family (2 adults 2 children) and I stayed at the Cottonwood Best Western hotel during our Spring Break (April 6-10). We loved the convenience of the location being only a short drive (about 25 minutes and no traffic) to Uptown Sedona.
