"Our flight was cancelled and we were unable to make our cruise. I was planning to celebrate my 50th birthday there. We drove around Nola and booked a room at 9:00 am to the Westin. The manager, Samara, immediately jumped in and helped us. She assisted us in some many ways and definitely brightened a horrific day. She went out of her way for us and offered a few perks like an upgraded room and drink vouchers for the hotel. I will never forget you and making a terrible situation better. The property was simple beautiful and I will stay there next time."

"The best thing about the Hote Mazarin is the hospitality presented by its staff. The are wonderfully welcoming and helpful with any questions and ideas or suggestions to make one's stay enjoyable. Despite being located mere steps away from Bourbon Street and its usual craziness and noise, the Hotel was a respite....quiet, cool and calm. And I appreciated staying in a residence with a historical past rather than a corporate tower. That's the charm of being in N'awlins. My only detraction is that bringing a car into the heart of the Quarter is a trial of patience...parking is limited, expensive and tight. Driving in that part is nonsensical. It's good that they are making some streets car free but a more long term solution needs to form."
