"We arrived at the hotel early because we had spa treatments booked, and the staff kindly allowed us an early check-in so we could head straight to our room afterward. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. The location is also incredibly convenient, especially if you’re planning an afternoon shopping trip to the outlets."

"Didnt eat breakfast cause i ate burgers for lunch n it didn't taste good at all so i didn't want to try breakfast. "

"The staff is very friendly we were welcomed in by Diana.. Any employee we stopped and asked a question were more then helpful in assisting us. One thing I would request would be a microwave in the room. With room service and all the restaurants around it would be nice to have microwave access for leftovers.."

"The room was very nice. The staff was professional and very pleasant from the front desk to housekeeping. The private parking worked out really well. Downtown NOTL was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel....very convenient. The hotel also had a shuttle available to run guests into town and pick up in town as well. The breakfast was good too. All in all a very positive experience. "
