"Beautiful Hotel but the hotel is located next to a night club that plays loud music until 2 in the morning. Also, loud motorcycles & cars outside the club. I would not recommend staying here due to the noise level."

"Very comfortable room with refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner. It is within walking distance of Baylor hospital which is convenient for doctors visits and hospital stays. The breakfast buffet is fresh and has something for anyone. There is also a pool and weight room we didn’t use but they appear to be nice. They also host a wine happy hour. Though I wasn’t able to attend it appeared to be a nice, comfortable setting."

"I know this hotel is in downtown butttt, you have to pay extra for parking and the parking garage is on the side. You have to walk with your baggage down a steep garage hill and then up to your room. That was REALLY inconvenient but the place was pretty nice other than that. I loved the roof too pool and used the gym ofc"

"Right in the center of the Dallas Arts District. Opera, Symphony and Performing Art centers are literally across the street. Easy walk to Museum and Clyde Warren Park."

"Incredible Memorial Weekend!! The Joule is outstanding in every facet. From the moment we arrived Oscar the Bellman introduced us to the fabulous accommodations. Our check-in was seamless and efficient Our room was a little small but comfortable with luxury touches. Robes, slippers, rain shower. We loved the fitness center but the pièce de résistance was the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. Mahmoud the bartender was superb! Kudos to the Joule, it is a Jewel"

"I think this would have been a great hotel if there wasn’t construction and I hadn’t found out about the construction two days prior to the trip. The hotel is being renovated, the lobby is currently being worked on , construction is loud and was loud when I checked in. The people were friendly. The valet people were my favorite people and amazing. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It’s in a great location walking distance to everything."

"Parking garage is valet only $50 a day Parking on the street is $3 for 2 hours, there's a parking lot behind hotel $10 - $15 for 12 hours at a time through the same apply for street parking. Street parking is free after 6 until 7am. Outside smells like GMO weed. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Wifi is tricky to connect laptop to, staff didn't know how to either. Overall I was still satisfied with my stay"

"Underwhelming hotel to say the least. The rooftop pool was nice at night but that's the only good thing about my stay. Rooms were ugly, ac filters dirty, and everything was out of date. For a Hilton, this certainly does not meet the standard. Luxury does not exist here. Lobby smelled bad and front desk employees do not look professional at all. Definitely will not go back. If Hilton cares at all about the brand, it needs a desperate remodel and new front office staff. 0/10."

"The workers over there are horrible , only one woman was very helpful, but the rest of the crew was terrible . Especially Kenny who was sleeping on the job and came out with the dumbest excuse I ever heard . I will never go back here"
