"Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it). Two suggestions: 1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am 2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times...

"This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will look forward to staying here again. The small points I consider the hotel may improve in are. The breakfast room was quite cold in the mornings during my stay. The breakfast room did not have any table spoons only tea spoons. The breakfast room used plastic beakers and not glasses. "beautiful property, the staff its very pleasant and try to accompany your needs. we traveled with small children and they helped us with all our requests. the hotel has a restaurant on site and dinner was delicious. Also on reception area they have a mini bar ans prepare couple drinks and nice lounge area to enjoy it. i highly recommended. its a very short and easy drive from Assisi and has beautiful views of the city and the mountains. my only small complaint it was the bed was very hard..:(. but some people like it. I recommend it. "
