"The hotel is a bit old, the location is alrigh. I’m little surprised that it’s VIP access listed on Expedia, I was hoping it’s a little nicer. I was on 3rd floor and I can hear the fan noise all night, and there are lots of door slamming in the morning. The bathroom leaks whenever I take a shower. The gym is great, it’s above average compared to other hotel gym. "

"We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!"

"We had a suite that was nice! Very clean, and staff was nice. Conveniently located to great spots for eating, drinks and walking to Arena. Valet parking is expensive but nice to have. "

Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. "I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay."

"Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in."
