"Disappointed. The photos looked nice but the room doesn’t feel entirely clean (floor, towels, table). A lot of noise from the floor creaky sounds. There is no personal communication from the property management when I asked specific questions, which made my pre-trip planning anxious. "

"Small rooms, Extremely rude staff members who went off limits screaming, insulting a single mother with 3 young children, who nicely explained that instead of 5 nights, will be only staying for one night. Had full refunds from Expedia! The hotel itself is the worst choice you may fall on. We went to the Hotel Bero, Great and big rooms, free daily breakfast, the hotel has a Spa and a beautiful swimming pool."
