"Excellent location to explore Exeter City. Short 5 minute strole to the Cathedral and shop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only criticism we had was that the breakfast buffet was tepid at best both mornings that we were there."

"Nice, reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Exeter. The member of staff on reception kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was a good size and very comfortable. I have given a slightly lower rating for the condition of the room due to the condition of the skirting board in one corner, but it was only a minor issue. Breakfast was not included with our stay, so I can't comment on that."

"I was a little concerned looking at other reviews but honestly, this hotel was Lovely, clean and really comfortable. Very central and staff so helpful. Yes, there are some areas that are a little worn but unless you are really picky, I’m not sure they are enough to cause any concern. Priority for me is cleanliness, which it was, nice team members, which they were and comfortable room for great night sleep. Shower was brilliant and have no complaints at all. Keep on doing all you are doing. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back."

"Great place. Lovely room with seating area and kitchenette. Amazing shower and robes. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only negative the breakfast room was not big enough for all the guests staying. Suggest booking guests in to stagger times. However the breakfast was lovely. Would definitely stay again Excellent location"
