"The hotel was perfect for my trip of one night solo. Positioned nearby the Cardiff Central station really handy and easy walking distances to reach meeting and social places during the visit. Room had everything I needed bathroom and shower facilities good. Lovely big fluffy towels. Bed comfortable nice size for one person. Room and areas I walked through were clean. I did not have the breakfast as wanted to work in the morning so the kettle and good Twinings tea was god send to me. All staff I met were friendly and helpful much better than in some bigger higher star hotels I have visited."

"We came to see Taylor Swift and the lobby was so great. They had it all done up for the concert. Bracelet station, refreshments and even a cardboard cut out of Taylor. My daughter loved it. Also after the show room service at 1am was perfect! "

"Everything perfect. But the cleaner was hoovering outside on the walkway, if I wasn't have just 1 night stay, I will bee fuming. After having a late night of cause everyone needs to have a rest. I know they have to get it done, but it’s a bit too early at 8.30-9am. Could have wait a bit till 11am. "
