"Loved this hotel . It was very new. Bathrooms have heated toilet seats and washing capabilities. Every floor has coolers with drinking water stocked . The restaurant was very decent. There was a grocery store next door. Closed garage was great for parking. Train station was 5 minutes by walking. Easy access to airport as well."

"The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. We went in June, and Paris was very hot, all day and well into the night, so I did get quite sweaty in bed and needed to keep the windows open(which then leads to bugs, so be careful). "Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. Staff were all very friendly."
