Apartments in Essex County

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"We did not stayed because upon arrival it was police officers everywhere, with their sirens on NOT SAFE AT ALL!!! We were escorted by a New Jersey police officer and he did not recommend for us to stay there NOT SAFE AT ALL!!! I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay there. The property should not be part of hotel.com. And they will reimburse us there is a Highway robbery. I will definitely have my attorney handle this and will contact New Jersey attorney general and file a complaint against the...
