"The room was somewhat sterile in appearance, but otherwise clean. It is extremely hot in Rome this summer. Our room 501 never got cool even though cool air was coming through the AC vent and the windows were closed. The WiFi was very sporadic. Our room was at the end of the hallway which may have been a factor. The lobby and other common areas of the hotel were cool. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. The location was good."

"They have the best aircon blasting that was great for us during heatwave . But the soundproof was terrible. We have to asked to be changed room since the garden music was irritating. The new room in second floor was the same we can still hear people from the next and above but luckily they left the day after. The lift is old and grumbling, I was scared to death that we would stuck in it during the heat wave."

"Room was clean and comfortable for a city break. Good shower with good water pressure. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. A good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and fresh produce. It is close to the station, which is very handy, but does mean there is some "city noise" at night. This did not disturb us though and we had great sleep. All in all, a friendly, clean hotel close to the station which happily fulfills the needs of a city break"

"I can't speak highly enough about the hotel staff, they were so kind and helpful during our stay. The hotel itself was clean and well kept with fantastic AC (which was very necessary during this heat wave!). The location is a bit out of the way of most tourist attractions, but still walkable to things like the colosseum or Trevi fountain. There are some really great local spots near by as well. Only thing is to be vigilant when walking home at night- some spots are not well lit and can feel a little dodgy."

"Went to the roof top Bar after dinner and enjoyed an amazing view. Had a wonderful espresso martini. But in the morning at check out I was charged for 2 drinks. No problem removing the extra charge but had to ask. Very expensive compared to everything else in Rome. This hotel is so close to the train station. Very easy for getting to the airport."
