"This hotel is well located and has great staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The cute elevators will 'floor' you! This is a great choice - we felt very safe in the hotel - outside it can be a little 'rougher' at night, but that is the same way I feel in Toronto. Personally, I wish that the hotels had conditioner as well as shampoo, but I guess we're spoiled in Canada. The front reception staff were so helpful and we had a wonderful experience. The driving is a whole other matter - take a taxi or walk to the bus stops - the scooters are everywhere so look before you cross any street (yes, they are supposed to stop for you but would you take that chance in your own country?). The hop-on hop-off bus was worth $28 Euros and we saw everything we wanted/needed to see. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Loved everything! Amazing and helpful staff that always took time for you. Rooms were cleaned very proficiently and quickly. Breakfast was perfect with a bit of everything. We are traveling around Europe this summer and are talking about coming back to Rome to visit a few more sites and will surely be staying hereagain! So kind and helpful. The staff was 10/10 compared to our other countries. One minute from Saint Mary Major and the hop on and off buses. Green Line tours was our favorite. I love Rome had fewer buses and a longer wait."
