"Everything is fine, close to the metro Manzoni (~7 min of walk), some pizzerias around to eat. Renovated chamber, etc. One inconvenience though: they have a small outside swimming pool, and when it was +36+38 it was full of water but not allowed to swim (for some reasons A-B-C ...). Buit overall, yes, I could recommend the Cross hotel for staying."

"In an ideal location right next to st Mary basilica, loads of shops, restaurants and bars only 30-40m walk from the likes of the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and also near transport links if you don't fancy walking it. The only issue I had with the room, which tbf wasn't too much of an issue as I wasn't in the room that much but the outside windows [the windows were double with an inner and outer window] were cracked and the toilet seat slipped but these are minor things and not to put anybody off staying here."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Termini, as we arrived via the Train from the airport. It is also convenient to the Vittorio Emanuele Metro station which we used several times and within a reasonable walking distance to the Colosseum. While the hotel’s construction and furnishings are simple, they are high quality and well maintained. The included breakfast was well attended to, with plenty of selections. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they arranged a car to take us back to the airport very early in the morning, which was extremely helpful. The air conditioning was great since the temperatures in Rome were almost 100 degrees Fahrenheit."
