"This was my first time visiting Rome. I used this platform to book my room and it was perfect."

"Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Although it is in a good location, it is very old and lacks any modern amenities. Upon exiting the building, guests are required to leave there hotel key at the front desk. Not sure of the purposed but I thought it to be very odd. It would help if they automated room doors with key cards. There are no iron and ironing boards in the room. Customers had to use one iron and iron board on the first floor to iron clothes daily. This is ridiculous. In addition, I had to go to the front desk to get ice daily, instead of have an ice machine on each floor. The breakfast was not good in my opinion, the bacon was undercooked daily and layed in a pan of grease. The heating mechanism was also subpar. The only positive note is that the front desk staff were pretty helpful and cleaning staff kept the rooms clean. I would not recommend visitors to stay at this hotel. Thank you, Tim"

"We had an amazing stay the Napoleon hotel! It was steps from the Metro and after a day or so of getting used to it we were able to travel all over the city. The staff was attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was better than expected and had a wide array of different dishes to choose from. Our shower was small but we had a nice balcony, others in our party had no balcony and a bigger shower. So it must be one or the other? Even so it was a great stay and I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"My experience at this hotel was not what I expected. The facilities show clear signs of wear and a lack of maintenance. Cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved considerably, as the level of hygiene did not meet my expectations during my stay. In addition, several lockers were damaged or out of service, which made it inconvenient to store personal belongings. I also felt that the security measures were limited, which is an important aspect for guests who want to feel confident that their belongings are safe. I believe the hotel has potential, but it would benefit from greater investment in maintenance, improved cleanliness, and stronger security measures to provide a better experience for its guests."
