The area doesn't feel very safe after dark. We were placed in an annex, not the main hotel. The AC didn't work. The bathroom had a random sewer odor. The buffet breakfast was decent.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean and well equipped. However our room wasn't in the hotel it was in a building down the road. This didn't feel as safe as staying in a hotel. The hotel was located very close the main train station and was only a 15/20 minute walk to the main bits.

Very nice room, very small elevators, but those were the first elevators we had seen in a European hotel, so they were greatly appreciated.

Staff were quite helpful and professional. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel is on busy street and noisy. I used a white noise app on my phone that helped. Breakfast was generous and good.

On arrival we were placed into an annex room which was not a room that we had booked and paid for. The hotel told us that they were full but would move us the following day.This they did but it wasn't the best of starts for our short break.
