We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"No habia nada de lo que ofrecieron en la oferta, no wifi,no desayuno,no terraza,no asador, habitacion sucia,aire acondicionado en malas condiciones, una de las camas era tan dura que preferi dormil en un matres inflable so perdi 98 dolares, llame a expedia y me queje ellos quedaron en devolverme un cupon de 25 dolares que todavia no me ha llegado, de verdad una mala experiencia."
