"Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, everything I needed (including an emergency stash of shower gel which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine!). Only downside is the bed was very creaky/noisy and wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great, I'd happily stay again. Absolutely fantastic service - the instructions and videos/photos to help check in etc were so helpful. "

"Great value for the price, in a really central and well-connected location. Rooms are on the small side, as most in London are for this price. A bit stuffy too, which didn't make for a great sleep. They do provide a fan, but it didn't quite help enough. All very clean and in great condition, would certainly consider using again."

"Everything was great, check in was in different place, but just 2 min away, and well explained where we needed to go. Room is very comfortable, I was staying with my daughter, perfect size for two of us. Kitchennete has everything you need for short a short stay. Room and toilet are very clean. "I had booked this apartment for myself, daughter and 2 young grandkids based on their good reviews and because it was close to my sister's home in the High Street Kensington area. It was clean and cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities.. And the host ,Moe ,was very pleasant communicating with me through text and checking me in. I highly recommend it for any short or long term stay in London ...so check this place out, everyone!"

"Wonderful stay. Apartment is large, quiet & beautiful. We enjoyed the spacious 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, open living space with table & chairs, fantastic kitchen with all appliances, including washer/dryer. "Stayed here for a couple of nights with my grandaughter who is 5. Can’t find a single fault with this place. The most important thing for me is that the place is clean and this place was spotless. Has absolutely everything you might need for a short stay, iron, kettle, pod coffee machine, complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Bed was really comfy and everything seemed brand new. I had a bit of trouble getting in the front door (my own fault) but luckily the owner just happened to be passing by...

"Enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was within 5mins walking distance to the train station thus convenient & the station had many eateries & local supermarket Sainbury’s and Tesco. The room was very clean, slightly small but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good with fresh eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, pastries and fruits. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. "
