"It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "This hotel was outstanding. Great food (especially the breakfast), the staff was amazing. Special shout out to: Edgar, Max, Mateo, Luigi and Bryan. Everyone who worked at this hotel was courteous, helpful and very gracious. The amenities were plenty, super fun place to stay. "The staff was amazing (especially the guy with shaved head). I gave 5 stars despite the construction outdoors. They have at least double paned glass that helps soundproof the rooms. I can’t wait to come back when street construction is complete. Rooms are small but well laid out. Fantastic location!"
