"Nice hotel with super friendly staff. We need to stay two extra days at the hotel due to flight cancellation. The hotel went out of its way to make us feel comfortable. They suggested new places to visit, got cabs for us and provided us with extra water for our day trip. The location is perfect for visitors to walk around the center of the town. Perfect place to know Barcelona: it history, its culture and its people."

"Well, let’s just start with o real rating - they advertise themselves as 5 star hotel but by average American standards it’s between 2-3 There no traditional hospitality standards we are all used to ( Vegas , NYC , Miami , Boston ) equivalent to 5 stars Rooms are very small and odd shaped , bedding is Ramada Inn quality , no tubs. Heating or TV were not working in our room and staff did not care to come and fix it Pricing of more than 400$ per night is ridiculous and frankly insulting...

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s in a great location, tucked away down a small side street in the Gothic quarter. Staff were fantastic, small gestures like the free mini bar, popcorn dropped off at your room in the afternoon and welcome drink at check were all such lovely gestures. Very comfortable rooms and quiet. The hotel is trendy and has no photos rule which is superb. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. We will definitely return. "
