"It was an amazing and luxurious hotel. It is far from all the popular places but still a lot to do around there and it’s very well connected. Just had issues when no one picked up our call on the room on the first day we were there as the wifi wasn’t working. But once we got through, it was promptly fixed "

Everything was clean and the staff were great. They have luggage forwarding which made moving to the next hotel even smoother and less stressful! It’s also located near multiple convenience stores and close to the subway station. "

"Enjoyed my stay, super easy to walk to the train station, beautiful property and garden. Loved that the 7-eleven was in the property, super easy to get Yen and snacks. Great view of the city from the balcony. Staff was helpful and polite, always felt safe (solo traveler), this is a wonderful property will stay there again!"
