The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. While the location is a positive point, the overall quality and cleanliness need significant improvement."

"The hotel is beautiful and grand, and is located around a 35 minute walk from the central part of Lisbon. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and everything is prepared to order but the service is "leisurely", don't expect to be finished quickly! The gardens are a lovely spot to have a drink after visiting the city.
